Income eligibility is guided by the prevalent policy of the Government for this application. Any Indian Citizen, who is not otherwise ineligible by operation of any law of the land, may apply for an Apartment, subject however to, the monthly family income of the Applicant (including that of the Joint Applicant, if any) should be as follows:

For Comfort I- ₹ 40,001/- ₹ 65000 per month

For Comfort II- ₹65,001 – ₹95,000/- per month

The word ‘Family’ shall mean and include spouse, dependent parents and dependent children. In determining the “Monthly Family Income” the decision of the Company shall be final and binding. If an Applicant or any member of his/ her family holds, as on date, an Apartment in any of the Comfort I- Comfort II Complexes developed by the company shall not be eligible to apply.

Dimensions have been rounded off to the next two digits after decimal wherever appearing. Marginal revisions in dimensions may be necessary during construction. Dimensions indicated in the building/floor plans are in millimeter and are inner dimensions of all spaces, excluding wall thickness. Images used in the brochure of Utalika Comfort Phase II, are artist's impressions or representative stock photographs provided to give indicative visual and physical impressions as advised by the project's architect and interior designer. These are mere options to show as to how the Building/Apartment may look like or may be used. No furniture is provided with the apartments.

Please read the contents of the Application kit (including General Terms & Conditions for Draw of Lots (GTC)) of “Utalika Comfort Phase 2” before applying of an apartment.

 

• Any Indian Citizen, who is not otherwise ineligible by operation of any law of the land, may apply for an Apartment, subject however to, the monthly family income of the Applicant (including that of the Joint Applicant, if any) should be as follows:

 

• For Comfort I- Rs 40,001 - to Rs 65,000/- per month
• For Comfort II- Rs 65,001/- to Rs 80,000/- per month

 

• For the purpose of this GTC the word ‘Family’ shall mean and include spouse, dependent parents and dependent children. In determining the “Monthly Family Income” the decision of the Company shall be final and binding.
• If an Applicant or any member of his/ her family holds, as on date, an Apartment in any of the Efficiency – Comfort Complexes developed by the holding company, i.e. Bengal Ambuja Housing Development Limited shall not be eligible to apply.
• Proof of income to be submitted. Please refer to the GTC.
• Price and Payment Schedule - Please refer to the Annexure A of the GTC.
• Filled in Application Form along with applicable Application Money (through DD/Pay Order. in Favour of “Utalika Comfort Phase 2 Collection”  should be submitted at our collection points (mentioned in the GTC) for all offline application. For online application you can visit utalikacomfort.com and apply.
• Submission of multiple applications (of different serial numbers) are allowed: However multiple applications of same serial number are not allowed, in such a case it will be the company's discretion to accept/reject an application form
